Yesterday, Department of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Pennsylvania Senator Arlen Specter crossed eastern Pennsylvania talking transportation as they went. Their trip included a discussion of a Philadelphia-Reading rail plan, the groundbreaking for Elizabethtown’s new train station, and a meeting with local leaders in the Lehigh Valley.
